For the //Huab Rhino Rangers in the field, who spend most of their day on foot tracking these endangered desert adapted rhino, effective communication is very important. The Conservation Travel Foundation partnered with SATCOM, a local radio supplier, and installed a radio tower allowing COMMUNICATION throughout the area. This was an investment of well over N$ 85 000.
